# White choc chip cookies
## Ingredients
- 125g nuttelex, at room temp.
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup regular sugar (less if using caster sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 210g self-raising flour
- 125g–150g white chocolate chips
- IF you can find ones with allowed ingredients only—we have to use Milky Bars chopped into little chunks (NB: the 50g ones only; other sizes contain cocoa butter.)
---
## Method
1. Preheat oven at 160 .C fan-forced.
2. Line baking trays with baking paper.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add **nuttelex** and **both sugars**. Whisk/beat until creamy.
4. Add **egg** and **vanilla**. Stir until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
5. Add **flour**. Stir again, stopping as soon as a nice, soft cookie dough forms.
6. Add **choc chips** and stir briefly.
7. Scoop cookie dough (about one heaped tablespoon each) into small balls and place on baking trays, leaving room for the cookies to spread.
8. Bake in oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.
9. Leave cookies to cool for approx. 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
