# teriyaki sauce ## ingredients 3 tablespoon mirin 2 teaspoon sake/cooking rice wine ½ teaspoon cornflour 2 tablespoon soy sauce ## method - Heat oil in frypan; fry 250g chicken until golden brown. - Turn chicken, cover with a lid, cook on medium heat until cooked. - Add the sauce and stir through; allow sauce to thicken nicely, then serve. --- Source: back of a Honteri mirin bottle.
